Established in 1980, we have a long-standing presence in Maui’s real estate community.

Our company was founded by a true Maui gentleman and continues to be operated by Maui gentlemen of the highest integrity and with a commitment to their clients.

Nobu Agena, a former Realtor and school teacher built the company with focus, patience, and determination. When Nobu was taken in an auto accident in 2000, Al Imamura and Van Waki purchased the company from Nobu’s family with a promise to his heirs to continue Shore To Shore’s ongoing reputation of honest, prompt, and personalized service. Both Van and Al were raised in Maui. Even back then, Al had worked in real estate for 21 years for another company and Van was involved in real estate on a part-time basis for over 10 years. Today, the pair leads a large and growing team of real estate and property management professionals.
